Curella’s Take On "The Primark Sequined Party Top"

I don’t usually go for anything that’s a “must-buy” or “in demand” as i don’t want to end up like everybody else on the street. As most of you have heard by now, sequins are back! High street retailers are selling copies of the famous Sienna Miller worn Burberry sequined dress and one copy from Primark has been sold up to a ridiculous amount of £175 (about USD$350)

Anyway, i was lucky enough to pick up one of these sequined numbers. Usually i won’t even batt an eyelid on such fashion trends but my love for the colour “silver” and the whole “oh, look how pretty” thought won me over completely. I’m not going to look like everybody else so this is how i would wear it. So what do you think? Yay or Nay?

The Subject/Trend Worn My Way…

I hope everyone who has any of these sequin numbers wears it in their own way too. If you want to be on trend, you might as well make it your own. As much as i think those people who pay twice more than the original price of £14 for these sequined dresses are completely mental, i hope they get their money worth and lots of compliments. To spend that much money on something common is something i can never understand but hey, these are the people who appreciate the fashion trend more than i do and i think they deserve my kudos too.
