A few days ago, I noticed that my basic black cotton tee from Gap which I’ve worn for like 10 times since I bought it a year ago had lint on it, shrunk and even the stitching was coming off. For the cost of £9.99 (US$20) that I paid, it means that each time I wore it, it cost me a quid (US$2).
