The “perfect” pair of jeans.

Jeans, a staple in every woman’s wardrobe, allowing her to dress up or down and a piece of clothing that is just so versatile. Mind you, jeans are easy to find, but finding one that fits you perfectly or fits the way that you like it personally takes a great deal of trial and error.

I have a couple of times thought that I found the perfect pair of jeans but only upon discovering other brands and other styles did I only realise that I was wrong.

Today, without any intention to buy anything, I stumbled upon some Superfine and Sass & Bide jeans in TK Maxx. They were both in the clearance section for under £20. I am sure if these jeans were stocked in the TK Maxx in London, they would’ve been long gone. Fortunately for me, I live in a town whereby people worship River Island and premium jeans like Superfine & Sass & Bide get no attention at all.

I ended up buying a grey pair of Superfine jeans for a mere £12. Yes, you heard me right, 12 miserly quid. The retail price was £160, so can you imagine how chuffed I am? But really, its not the price that makes me chuffed. Its the fact that I am currently wearing the best fitting, as tight as i like, perfect colour and length skinny jeans I have ever come across that makes me super duper happy. The cheap as chips price tag is only the icing on the cake. I finally know why Kate Moss favours these jeans and as much as i hate jumping on the Kate Moss fan bandwagon, the supermodel does have an excellent eye when it comes to buying jeans and i think its is imperative for us all to look up to her as a denim icon. Admittedly today, I have just accomplished buying the 3 main jeans labels that Kate Moss is famous for wearing. How sad do i sound? Kate Moss wears Siwy, I have it and love that, Kate Moss wore Sass & Bides a couple years ago, I am still wearing that and Kate Moss made Superfine jeans famous, and errr, I am currently wearing that.

Please don’t judge me. I happen to love em all and they happen to fit me well. I used to think Miss Sixty jeans were the best jeans on earth, but ever since trying Cheap Monday jeans, I just can’t stop buying more and more premium denim!

To celebrate how much I love these new Superfine jeans, I have taken pictures. I have short legs, i know but I love how my stumpy legs look. I love that the inseam was too long for me and that I could scrunch it up tightly at the bottom of my foot. I wouldn’t change a single thing about these jeans. They are just “perfect”.

If you are looking for a pair of awesome skinny jeans, please drop by your local TK Maxx and see if you can score some £12 Superfines. They are sooooo worth the £££. This is the best £12 I have spent on jeans ever. I also bought 2 pairs of Pringle grey socks for only £4.99 and I can’t wait to team em with dresses!

Curella looooves TK Maxx. I literally stalk the store, and visit almost everyday, just in case. If your local TK Maxx sucks, perhaps you should think about travelling to a small town like mine (Swansea, Wales) where people only care about Jane Norman & River Island.

Now on to the piccies. Please do not laugh at my bum. You can however, laugh at my stumpy legs. How kind of me? Hahaha!
