Yay or Nay?

Job interview to work in a frock shop. What do you think? My boyfriend likes it, I like it but am not 100% sure.
I pretty much love the bottom half of the outfit and want to keep it that way. What else do you reckon will look great with the bottom half?
(white tie front shirt by Debbie Shuchat, black jumper from H&M, lace skirt by Nolita, red tights from Accessorize, wine coloured sling bag from ASOS, black mary-jane pumps from primark)
I like it as is. I think it’s creative and expressive. However, you must take the shop into account and dress to approximate what they sell there and who their customers are. You don’t want the clients asking where you got YOUR outfit and walking out with buying anything. Nor do you want to upstage the manager.
How boring–all these petty emotional details.
