The French Connection…

… has been spoiling me lately with lots of eye-candy worthy dresses on their online shop. I just wanna nab all of these dresses, especially the frilly one which would just look so good under my fave metallic jackets.
Do you guys think that its worth paying £130 on that yellow tunic silk dress below? I mean its french connection, the quality is no Miu Miu, but it isn’t exactly rubbish like Forever 21 either.

I also love the YSL inspired bandeau dress which makes a great basic dress that goes with virtually anything. Throw in a white short-sleeve shirt for a more casual look and with the addition of my favourite metallic jacket, I’d be ready to rock n roll! The coral bubble dress contains “modal”, something that stops the cotton fabric from shrinking or stretching out after many washes, so if your idea of a basic dress is a bubble dress, this fc dress is a good idea.
I have a black knit jumper dress by FC which i got for £50 that has lasted many wears and still in great condition compared to my black primark jumper of 50% of the same material which cost me £6 (primark - 100% acryclic, FC - 50% wool, 50% acryclic). Perhaps its worth spending an extra bit more on a FC piece once in awhile, if you get really desperate.
Is it safe to say that French Connection & Warehouse’s quality is of the same?

I think the yellow dress is quite pricey (I’m reading $260.00 CDN). I’d look for a better bargain. I’m sure you can find something gorgeous that fits the bill for less
